From each unit of blood, 3 products of red blood cells, platelets and plasma are produced, which revitalizes 3 patients.
It should be noted that the main blood consumption in Hormozgan province are special patients, surgeries and injured in road accidents. Hormozgan needs an average of 175 units of blood daily.
