According to the public relations unit, the director of the Beta Marine and Port Services Development Company of Hormozgan region said: ISO 45001 certification is in the field of occupational safety and health management and Beta company as the first port operator in the country has succeeded in obtaining it from the prestigious Italian company IMQ.

Mehdi Ghaem Maghami, pointing out that this action was carried out in line with the contractual requirements with the Ports and Maritime Organization and in accordance with national and international standards, added: "In Beta Company, we have always had plans to prevent accidents and control harmful factors." Environmentally, we see a reduction in injuries, poisonings, injuries and occupational diseases of personnel.

He mentioned the improvement of the quality of personal protective equipment required for each job, continuous periodic examinations, improvement of personnel welfare service indicators, holding safety and operational courses and maneuvers as among the effective factors in receiving this certificate and continued: Putting the IMS integrated management system at the forefront has always tried to increase the quantity and quality of port services to customers for their satisfaction and try to expand its field of activity and increase market share.

The member of the board of directors of Beta Company added: in order to maintain the achievements of the system, the members of the specialized IMS committees should always be strengthened and by providing the necessary training to them, the programs should be controlled and monitored more widely.

Beta Company is one of the two ports of the main operator for unloading and loading container goods in Shahid Rajaei port.
